All of the prices in our store are in Euro. 
In WCkitty store we accept three types of payments:
Credit/Debit Card
Pay with your Credit or Debit card through Elavon secure services. Your transfer will be sent to us immediately which will provide the fastest service possible.
Pay with your PayPal account. Fast, simple, and secure. Your transfer will be sent to us immediately which will provide the fastest service possible.
Bank transfer
If you do not want to pay by card you can pay for your order with bank transfer. Bank transfers in European Union are not charged with any additional costs. The only difference between a local transfer is that you have to provide the BIC number with our bank account number. BIC can be found below, and also will be sent to you in e-mail notification after placing an order in our store.
Privacy policy
Your purchase data such as credit card type and number, security code are entered on a safe and encrypted website.
Your private data will not be used or transfered by any other third party company.
Purchase rules
All products purchased through WCkitty store must be fulfilled in a timely manner, and in all events within a maximum of 7 business days following completion of an order, unless otherwise agreed by the Store Owner and the buyer. 
In order to purchase products, the buyer has to choose the products in our store and provide his or hers shipping address. 
All purchases will be shipped by our store only after receiving your payment by dotpay.pl, PayPal or bank transfer.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at office@wckitty.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at office@wckitty.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
